Retailers
You must fax a copy of your Sales Tax Certificate before your initial shipment can be sent. Our fax number is 614-607-7039.
Minimum order
For a first time order, the minimum is $200. This covers mix-and-match selection between different designs and sizes. Sizes range is: Small up to 3XL. Repeat orders are a $100 minimum. Call for current pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice. Discount may be available for orders ($500+). Orders under the minimum will be charged and extra 20% over wholesale.
Back Orders
Back orders will be shipped unless you notify us, in writing, to cancel.
Shipping
Since Transcend Enterprises Inc. (Dog and Frog) offers discounted shipping rates, it will be at our sole discretion to decide the shipping service and carrier. However, most orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground from Columbus, OH. Should the buyer have specific shipping instructions, the discounted rate offered will no longer apply.
Payment
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, company check or money order. Orders must be prepaid or are shipped COD. There is a $10.00 surcharge for COD shipments.
Net Terms are available upon completion and approval of credit application.
Cancellation or change of order
Cancellations and/or changes are not acceptable for goods in production stage or in transit. Any order changes for existing stock must be made in writing three (3) days prior to ship date. No claims unless made within three (3) days of receipt of goods. Returns without authorization label are automatically refused.
Returns
1. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of invoice.
2. A 15% restocking fee will apply to returned merchandise.
Our Promise
We make every attempt to check for quality prior to sending merchandise to you. Should our merchandise arrive to you in inferior condition due to production mistakes or quality irregularities, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order. We will make every reasonable attempt to correct the situation quickly. Beyond three days, we cannot take responsibility for merchandise in your possession.
