Do your t-shirt shrink?
Yes, you can expect about 10% shrinkage after washing. The t-shirts are made of a 6 oz 100 % cotton fabric.

I like the design but don’t like the color of the shirt and/or logo, can I order a different color?
No, if the shirt is in inventory. We choose to carry inventory so we can get you product as quickly as possible. In doing so, we have committed to a particular color combination.

If the design is in “prototype” stage and has yet to be printed for inventory, then placing a custom order for multiple garment colors is possible. Ordering multiple logo colors is not.

If I am a current buyer and I have a customer that comes in to request a size I don’t carry, do you have a “Drop Ship” program?
Not at this time. A program may be rolled out in the near future.

How is the merchandise packaged?
Your entire order will be shipped to you without any packaging or labels. You have the flexibility of displaying and/or labeling the merchandise any way you wish.

What is your turnaround time for orders?
As long as your order is inventoried, expect 3-4 days for shipping once your payment has been processed and we have received your reseller’s license.

What are the care instructions for your t-shirts?
In order to protect the longevity of the screen printed designs, wash garment in cold water and turn the garment inside out.
