Transcend Enterprises Inc. (aka Dog and Frog) will determine shipping method. Currently, Federal Express Ground or USPS First Class/ Priority is the general shipping method of choice. Delivery times will vary. Most orders are shipped within one week of order received. Items may occasionally become Back-Ordered and could take take up to 2 weeks for delivery. If an item is Back-Ordered, you will be notified and have the chance to reverse your order.
Shipping charges are currently $3.50 (within the continental U.S.) for an entire order completed online. Should the customer insist on a different method of shipping, a $3.50 administrative fee will be added to the actual cost of the customer’s preferred shipping method. Delivery charges are based on standard ground shipping to one address within the Continental U.S. The current shipping rate is only valid for shipping within the 48 states in the continental U.S.
Orders that need to be shipped outside of the United States, please contact us for exact shipping rates. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs fees imposed on the import.

We stand by our products at DogandFrog.com and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at 1-800-706-7839 or email@example.com within 10 days for a full refund of the purchase price of the items, minus shipping. This excludes personalized items and shirts as we offer no replacement on these items. Please note that for orders over $200.00, a 35% restocking fee will be applied for returns. For a Return to be processed, you must contact us to get an authorization code. Any return not containing an authorization code will not be processed. For a Return to be processed, it needs to be returned in its original condition.
If you receive any item damaged or broken, contact us immediately. If a return does need to be completed for a damaged product, please give complete details of the damage and return shipping and replacement freight will be paid for by dogandfrog.com. For a damaged return to be processed, you must contact us to get an authorization code. Any return without an authorization code will be rejected.

DogandFrog.com is not responsible for typographical and or photography errors. All parts come with original manufacturer warranty and no technical support.
Customer pays return shipping from and to DogandFrog.com on all services.
DogandFrog.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability DogandFrog.com offers is limited to the purchase price of the product sold. DogandFrog.com shall NOT be, under any circumstances, liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. DogandFrog.com is not responsible for third party claims for damages against the customer, malfunction, delays, interruption of service, and/or loss of business, whether or not DogandFrog.com is aware of such claims or damages.
Unless otherwise outlined below, DogandFrog.com provides 30 days warranty on all products purchased from DogandFrog.com and it does NOT extend beyond the original Buyer of Products. DogandFrog.com does not support the manufacturer warranty on any product beyond 30 days unless otherwise stated. For any manufacturer who offers a warranty on Products exceeding our limited 30 days warranty, it is the Buyer responsibility to deal directly with the manufacturer for any repairs of the product.
DogandFrog.com does not warrant any Products that have been subject to improper use, abuse or physical damage. Removal of any serial number or warranty labels will also avoid such warranty of Products. The Buyer agrees to inspect all goods at the time of delivery and shall notify DogandFrog.com of any discrepancies within one (1) day of receipt of Products.
